Paul Vlasic, Founder

It should come as a surprise to no one that Paul Vlasic is a true business junkie, given his roots.

Paul is a veteran entrepreneur with over two decades of experience in the start-up space. As one of the founding partners of RSVP Capital, he actively invests in industries including software (SaaS), clean-green energy technologies, bio-tech, and craft-spirits. He served as the Chief Executive Officer of Amplifinity and has been Chairman of the Amplifinity Board since 2009. He served as the Chairman of O/E Automation and COO at O/E Systems. He began his career at Reynolds Metals Company where he managed their Detroit office.

Paul is currently Chairman of Vlasic Group, NoQ, Biovigil, Mahalo Spirits and serves on a number of non-profit boards, including Henry Ford Health Systems, The Henry Ford Foundation, and as Chairman of the Henry Ford Hospital – West Bloomfield. He also chairs the University of Michigan, College of Engineering’s Center for Entrepreneurship.

Paul completed his undergraduate studies at Rollins College and earned his MBA from the University of Michigan, Ross School of Business with distinction.

Paul co-founded RSVP Capital with his brother-in-law, Raymond Spencer, in 2007. He brings an astute business and financial acumen to current portfolio companies and potential investments.

Paul cherishes his family and is an avid golfer. He and his wife, Adriana, have two children and four dogs.
