Papa’s Pilar Rum is crafted to reflect Ernest Hemingway’s passions on both land and sea, and it is named for the vessel that allowed America’s literary giant to reach beyond the shoreline and enjoy life to the fullest. Hemingway was never a spectator, and our rum is crafted to harness that same spirit.
Papa’s Pilar Rum is sourced from Florida, Central America, and The Caribbean and is blended through a unique solera process.
The Blonde Rum exhibits a clean and rounded drinking experience with flavors of grapefruit, vanilla, oak, and almond. The Dark Rum is deep and complex, finished in Spanish sherry casks.
